Following a very positive initial experience of FIG, when we helped them to release a poster design, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (ICFT) invited us to undertake a series of projects to help support its marketing and internal communications campaigns.
Several members of our team already had considerable experience of working with the NHS, so we’ve been a good fit from the start, working in partnership with the group to develop and implement its campaigns, using an integrated range of marketing techniques including design, copywriting and social media.
Since summer 2017, we’ve worked on a variety of marketing campaigns for the trust: we’ve undertaken a successful social media and poster campaign to encourage patients and their families to attend a community open day; we also created a brand around the trust’s charitable fund, Everyone Matters, and promoted it using posters and leaflets.
FIG has supported the group in its internal communications operations too, helping to launch a new online HR data system, devising a strategy that included social and printed media in order to encourage staff uptake.
“From the outset, FIG proved itself to be knowledgeable, capable, approachable and extremely reliable. The in-house team has not only worked in partnership with us to help implement our internal communications and marketing strategies, but has added considerable value, helping to shape the campaigns and ensure strong tangible results.” – Paul Thorpe, head of communications at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust
