Phonak UK, part of the Sonova Group and one of the world’s leading hearing care solutions providers, appointed FIG in 2016 to improve their social media strategy and help increase the levels of engagement from existing partners (B2B) and end users (B2C) on a range of social media platforms.

With the aim to talk to more people more often and drive audiences to their website, each week FIG creates content that is a mix of news, marketing messages, visual design, and product promotion.

As well as managing Phonak’s social media accounts, FIG also supports the Phonak marketing team on a wide range of strategic marketing, brand, design and digital projects.
