FIG got to work, undertaking a comprehensive customer insight project which provided clarity around the company’s brand story. We repositioned the business to better reflect how much customers depend on the service it provides and developed and implemented marketing activities (including the creation of emailshots, LinkedIn articles and Case Studies) to increase brand awareness and engage new customers.
