Communicating facilities at Edge Hill University

Edge Hill University Facilities Management team has been working with FIG this year to communicate the services, catering, sporting and many campus facilities offered to students, staff and the local community.

Initially FIG carried out insight and set about ensuring there was a robust communications plan in place before delivering on its requirements. Most of the work was to help make FM’s information channels more vibrant and accessible.

What have we achieved in 2019?

• Undertaken a week-long, on campus research project with students and staff around food options on campus
• Delivered a succinct and very visual annual report for FM
• Designed new welcome booklets for students and bright posters about events
• Designed new vinyls for the walls in the FM and sports building to maximise impact and ensure staff, students and the local community know what’s on offer
• Designed and delivered a new brand for the main restaurant on campus
• Delivered new sports membership application forms, adverts and posters

FIG’s marketing partnership delivered over 100 designs for vinyls, posters, leaflets, brochures, social visuals and banners to transform student spaces and communicate services for Edge Hill University in 2019.
