2018 is nearly over and it really has gone in a flash here at FIG.
We’ve been busier than ever helping clients communicate with their customers, run workshops, written white papers, been to seminars and training courses and achieved SOSTAC certified planner status.
We have also delivered several large digital projects including a new intranet for Manchester Health and Care Commissioning Group and new websites for HealthyStep, Phonak NHS, iBottles, RS Props, Northwood and Thermal Fluid Solutions.
As a business owner I’ve been particularly struck by the optimism we’ve seen in the B2B sector this year despite the uncertain political and economic environment around Brexit. I’m especially heartened by the significant investment in marketing made by our existing clients and we’ve won several new, high value contracts too.
Now is not the time to pull up the drawbridge; I believe it’s more important than ever to reach out to your customers using targeted marketing activities and an effective communication strategy. In 2019 we will be practising what we preach with, among other things, a new look and fantastic new business briefing. Watch this space……..
