Temperature Electronics Ltd (TEL) is a world-leading electronic airflow control and monitor manufacturer and consultant.
Working in partnership with fume cupboard manufacturers, contractors and users across the globe it’s products reduce energy consumption and generate financial savings for end users.
For years TEL’s products had sold themselves with TEL having a healthy market share globally.
TEL became a Marketing Partner with FIG in 2013 in order to help protect its market share in the face of increasing competition and to accelerate growth. Public Relations forms a significant element of FIG’s work under the marketing partnership.
Although TEL enjoyed good awareness in its marketplace there was a need to promote the benefits of its products to key trade markets, including facilities managers across the university laboratory sector, for which energy-efficiency is of increasing importance. Operating across a tightly focused list of publications, including facilities management and higher education media, the strategy was to build awareness of TEL as a leader within its target market but also as a thought leader in the industry.
