CJK Packaging

CJK Packaging Ltd is a family run business established in the early 1990s as UK and Ireland distributor for Kautex high quality, plastic containers.

Over the years, the business has extensively expanded its range with products from suppliers in both the UK and overseas and built a reputation across Europe and other parts of the world.

FIG’s Remit

FIG initially designed and built the eCommerce website for www.ibottles. the online arm of CJK Packaging. We supported their online presence but it wasn’t until 2019, when left without in-house marketing, the team turned to FIG and its marketing partnership to help support the digital marketing through this transition period.

Strategic deliverables

FIG supported the growth of CJK by developing and growing their social media presence, keeping in regular contact with customers and prospects and generating specific interest in specific market sectors. The iBottles brand has been brought bang up to date with a consistent and professional look and feel and the eCommerce site refreshed with the latest version of Magento for continued sustainability. The Results

The impact of regular, more visual and targeted communications had immediate results on the performance of the iBottles website. In the first two months of taking over the digital marketing and the launch of FIG’s creative assets across iBottle’s website, emarketing and social there was a 72.34%* increase in new users (33,103 v 19,208). And this has continued to rise.

All existing marketing plans were thrown out of the window as we focussed on communicating to customers where we had stock availability, and where we didn’t. FIG achieved this using emailshots and social media, often delivered at very short notice. These communications relieved pressure on high demand areas and signposted buyers to alternatives they might not have considered.
