Whether it’s the ideas behind the campaign messaging, design of the exhibition stands and accompanying collateral, or high-impact guerrilla marketing activity to be executed throughout the exhibition to gain momentum and drive interest, we relish helping our clients make an exhibition of themselves!
Already this year, our design team have created eye-catching visuals for complex exhibition displays for Marketing Partners RISCO, for The Security Event at Birmingham’s NEC, and Northwood, for The Cleaning Show at London’s ExCel. For The Cleaning Show, Northwood was launching three new products, so FIG held a brainstorming session with the Northwood team to chat through which products would be taking centre stage, to look through the dimensions for the stands, and to discuss what other marketing material would be required. The FIG team designed the graphics from scratch, which included the exhibition panels themselves, a private office and even a cocktail bar, along with product brochures, video presentations to play during the show, and invitations and emailshots to be sent out to key clients beforehand to create interest in the new products.

Most recently, we worked with our Marketing Partners MVIS, on their exhibition campaign for Traffex, Europe’s leading highways trade event, at Birmingham’s NEC in April. As much of their customer base would be in attendance, it was important that the displays, messaging and presence echoed MVIS’ existing collateral to make them easily recognisable and familiar. However, it also needed to stand out from their competitor’s stands in order to capture peoples’ attention.
Despite the exhibition not taking place until the spring, FIG’s initial creative meetings took place well before Christmas where the team brainstormed a new creative campaign to launch at the show: MVIS Delivers. To showcase the all-round excellent service that MVIS delivers, from the great customer service to the swift placement of traffic management products on highways projects, the new campaign was unveiled at Traffex across the exhibition display stand and made a great impression with attendees.
The MVIS Delivers campaign has since been rolled out in adverts within trade publications and will also be appearing across MVIS’ digital and social media marketing over the upcoming months, and FIG couldn’t be happier about the warm reception it received at the exhibition.
